1. Service Description
ConsultEdge provides AI-powered resume scoring and transformation services designed for consulting career applications. Our service uses artificial intelligence to analyze, score, and rewrite resume content. The output is generated by AI and should be reviewed by you before use.
2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important: All resume transformations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers or recruiters.
ConsultEdge does not guarantee any specific hiring outcomes, interview invitations, or employment results from using our service.
3. Your Content & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of all resume content you upload and the AI-transformed output.
- By uploading your resume, you grant us a limited license to process it through our AI service for the sole purpose of providing the transformation.
- We do not use your resume content for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or contains false credentials
- Use the service to generate resumes with fabricated experience or qualifications
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to submit bulk requests without authorization
5. Account & Data
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments & Refunds
- Credits are non-refundable once used to unlock a resume transformation.
- Unused credits: If you purchased credits but have not used any, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing consultedge.help@gmail.com.
- Partial use: If you have used some credits from a bundle, we will refund the unused portion at the per-credit rate of the bundle purchased.
- Technical issues: If a transformation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credit will be automatically restored to your account.
- All payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. We do not store your card details.
7. Limitation of Liability
ConsultEdge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost opportunities, hiring decisions, or career outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
